Steel wire Bead circumference measuring instrument
The equipment is used for testing the bead wire from coil winding whether meet the requirements of accurate measurement equipment. When the bead winding machine adjust specifications or working for some time, need to use this machine to test the accuracy of the bead around the plate . The device can automatically measure the inside diameter of each bead or perimeter, by comparing with the standard data to determine whether it is qualified, while also being able to store down the measurement data. The machine equipped with human-machine interface , easy operation and the data setting is very convenient and intuitive.

  1 , wire circle inside diameter measurement accuracy ± 0.1MM.
  2 , wire circle inside circumference measurement accuracy ± 0.3MM.
